- Check your email inbox regularly after leaving comments/email ordering. Once confirmation email / invoice was sent , it means that we have reserved a piece for you for the next 24 hours. Please make payment within 24 hours and email us the payment details in the given format stated in the invoice sent.
- Please kindly have the courtesy to inform us if u wish to back out anytime. Comments with regards to clarification of doubts shall not be considered as CONFIRMATION.
- For smoother transactions , do not proceed with transfer before receiving our invoices. Payment only to be made within 24 hours after receiving our invoices.
- Pending status means that we are still awaiting payment from other buyers. If other buyers back out or went missing in action after the 24 hours grace period , we will give the item to the next interested buyer in waiting list according to the queue of comment.
- For pending items , we will not reply the comments. This is to faciliate us and for efficiency purposes. By not replying comments with regards to pending items , it enable us to filter out those we have not sent the invoice to and those who are in the waiting list in the queue.

Exchanges can only be done if item is found to be faulty. We do check through all pieces before mailing them out. Exchanges can be done for similiar item only.
In the case when the item is Out of Stock , we will do exchange with another item of similar price or above only. Top up is required if exchange with item of higher pricing. In the case if you do exchanges for item below the price , we will not refund the excess.
